Prof. Luca Benini has won the 2016 Mac Van Valkenburg Award of IEEE Circuits and System Society for sustained contributions to energy-efficient design methods for integrated circuits, networks and systems.
ACM names Luca Benini as ACM Fellow for his contributions to the design of low power multi- processor systems.

PhD student Pawel Lenarczyk and Prof. Mathieu Luisier won the "best paper award" at the last SISPAD conference in Nuremberg.
